Course description
Today’s advertising landscape has been transformed by technology platforms that are overwhelmingly embraced by both consumers and brands. Google, Meta, Amazon and TikTok (TBD) are now required in any brand’s advertising strategy. This course will review the major advertising platforms, how to use them effectively, and the trends for the future including streaming TV and AI. Students will have a greater understanding of these platforms and how to deliver effective business outcomes for brands. This course is intended to give students a leg up when they start at career in advertising post graduation.
