Allison Karns was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2018 Forty Under 40 list. Karns is the legislative director for the office of Gov. Eric Holcomb. She was previously a legislative correspondent in the office of U.S. Rep. Chris Chocola, assistant majority council for the Indiana Senate, legislative director for the Indiana Public Retirement System, general counsel for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and policy director for public safety under Gov.
