Mary Beth Ikard is the Chattanooga city director of communications. Ikard was formerly the director of sustainability for Mayor John Cooper and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and has worked in positions related to transit and transportation, communications and marketing, health and sustainability.
