Charity Moos Farber works at the Committee on Institutional Cooperation, a consortium of the Big Ten universities plus the University of Chicago, as a manager for academic and international programming. Before working at CIC, she was an assistant director of student organizations and activities at Ball State and a leadership development specialist at Illinois State University. (December 2015)
