Robert Clift is co-director of Making Montgomery Clift with his wife, Hillary Demmon, BA’07. The film focuses on the various narratives that defined the late Montgomery Clift’s legacy as one of the most influential actors in the history of cinema. Robert Clift, Clift’s youngest nephew, includes family interviews and unreleased archival materials to present a different story about his famous uncle. The film has been shown at various film festivals, including the LA Film Festival and OUTshine Film Festival. Robert Clift and Demmon attended IU Cinema’s screening of the film. (January 2019)
