Andreya "AJ" Schneider died July 13, 2023. 

Schneider graduated from IU with a bachelors in journalism. She went on to receive a master's degree in psychology from Boston University. She was one of the last people to interview Janis Joplin. Schneider worked as a school counselor for Grant Wood Area Education Agency for over 30 years, where she worked with children of all ages.
