Thomas Fleming died Feb. 28, 2022, at age 88. 

After graduating from IU with a degree in journalism, he moved to New York City. 

With no formal training but a keen interest in interior design, Fleming spent more than 50 years designing and decorating for clients around the world. His work was published in outlets including Architectural Digest, and he was recognized in the AD 100: Top Designers and Architects.
